What kind of response time can I expect?
I aim to be as quick as I can, it's always worth giving me a call or email beforehand to confirm how quick I can respond to your WP Emergency.
What happens if the work takes longer than an hour?
If at any point I think that the work is going to take longer than an hour I'll stop and come back to you to see what you want to do, if you don't want to proceed and the issue hasn't been solved you will received your money back as your covered by my money back guarantee.

What details will you need?
If you still have access to the WordPress admin area, I will need an admin login setting up for me. I will also need access to your hosting account where I will be able to get all the information I need to proceed with the work.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept Bank Transfers, Debit or Credit Cards, PayPal & Direct Debits, though its recommended to use Debit or Credit Cards or PayPal as the payments are instant and it won't hold the work up waiting for payments to process.
